Life’s too short for things that don’t work.
Below are books, tools, podcasts, and resources I actually use, love, and recommend for strong minds, strong bodies, and strong businesses. Whether you’re curious, overwhelmed, or downright determined — there’s something here to help you level up, simplify your routine, and think a little sharper along the way.
Because They Loved Him
When one of your best friends writes a book, of course you support them. You preorder, you cheer them on, you tell the world. But when the book is so good you can’t put it down—when the characters stay with you, when the story lingers long after you finish the last page—that’s when support becomes something else entirely. Because They Loved Him is beautifully written, emotionally layered, and deeply human. Traci didn’t just write a book—she crafted an experience. Proud? Absolutely. Biased? Maybe a little. But also? Completely honest when I say: this one is worth every page.
How Do I Love Thee? Let Me Write the Ways - 365 Days Of Sharing Gratitude & Appreciation With The One You Love
Spend a couple of minutes each day for a year jotting down the things you love and appreciate about your loved one. Be it your spouse, partner, child, or friend, they will love reading all of your observations when you gift it to them when the year is done.
What should you write? It can be little things like something they said, how they interact with your children, how beautiful they looked cuddled on the couch reading a book, or the smile they shot you from across the room. It could also be something big, like giving up a night out on the town to stay home and take care of you when you are sick.
WARNING: This may change your relationship BIG TIME. Not only are they going to be moved by seeing themselves through your eyes, but by focusing on their positive attributes, you will start to see them differently (in a good way). By making a daily conscious effort to look for their good qualities, you will find yourself starting to show up differently for them as well (also in a good way). In my book, that’s a great big win/win, and who doesn’t like to win?!
I am so excited for you to embark on this journey of gratitude with the one you love! Enjoy.

We got one of these as a gift when Scout was born – it works!
55" Kids Indoor Trampoline with Safety Net, Adjustable Gymnastics Bar & Toys
Probably one of the best things we ever bought for Scout (and us)! We jump, we build forts, we climb, we read books in it. It holds 440 lbs so we can all play in it together.
